i have 1995 landrover discovery.when ever the temperature is very low the car will not start.I have changed a lot things in the car but still will not not start if temp is below 10 degrees f.the car is packed outside/When the temp is warm ,the car starts
what is the problem and what should I do?

have 1995 discovery.when i drive in the night,i cannot see my speedometer reading. what is the name of the knob that dims or brightens the lights on the dash bourd?
