Had mine done at Diesel Bobs last year, £400 inc vat.

I’d say the boost pin makes more difference, It’s like most tuning things, it’s a game of diminishing returns. I’ve a turner performance head with turbo technics vnt turbo, so the extra fuelling is required to get the best from the other mods...

Boost ring alters the advance timing ever so slightly, allowing fuel to burn better at high revs, supposedly increasing power at the top end.

New defender service interval is 2 years or 21000 miles, whichever comes sooner.

Are you taking the boost measurement by T-ing off the boost pipe to the fuel pump, as close as possible to the turbo. Your always going to loose some pressure due to pipe expansion and joints in the flow. I get around 1.4 bar on the boost gauge...

Had my D300 110 Defender for 20 months from new and no issues regarding reliability and it’s a great vehicle on and off road, However off road you soon realise what big cars they are, for example, Stile end in the Lake District, getting through...

Yeah it was a genuine one but no where near that price. When compared to the new pattern part, it has a lot less play in the bearing.

I’ve had this, swapped tensioner pulley for a genuine item instead of the one in the belt kit, seems to of done the job.

I did order rear door for a Defender from them and it had a dent in one corner. They were not interested and referred me to their terms and conditions! Personally I would never use them again, they are selling fairly fragile parts and if they...

johnlad replied to the thread Wheels - -35 offset too much?.
What size tyres are you going to use that you need such a wide offset. I used 37x 12.5x 16 trepadors on a-35 offset 10” rim. It needed wide arches to be road legal.
