Hi All,

looking art replacing the springs and shocks on my disco 300tdi manual. No need for a lift this time so am looking at a set of heavy duty springs with standard Armstrong struts. Has anyone any comments on these shocks?

Hi Guys/Girls,

need advice on rear window gaurds for my 300tdi disco 5 door. I can buy two rear side load area ones and a rear window from frog island 4x4 but will cost about 160 quid! Can anyone suggest anything else some form of wire black mesh fabrication and if so best place to source pref cut to size
