I'd allow your courier to collect but I think the costs would be prohibitive, the discs weigh a fair bit on their own plus there's the length drag links 🤷‍♂️

I don't think cars over 40 years old are exempt, just put this Jags reg in the ULEZ calculator and it says you have to pay even though its a '73 plate. WWE561L

You can use a heat gun on them, I did it with the bumper corners on my Disco and they come up a treat, BE WARNED though, do not hold the gun in one place too long, just waft it around and keep it moving otherwise it will melt. Definitely re-energised the plastic.
