I think they're only available from LR - I needed that set of hoses last year and couldn't find them new anywhere else.
I got mine from JLR Classic Parts...
The two hoses that run along the chassis are only available together - LR do sell them, but they're not cheap especially the earlier one (to VIN3A828006) which is over double the price of the later one.
The connectors are 7.89mm.
