We have been trying to contact you for some time with regard to our order

We placed an order with yourselves on 2nd July 2010 for a Crown Wheel & Pinion for TAG000230, and after placing the order you took payment of £169 for the part plus UK carriage.

We are disappointed with the level of service that we have received, and have requested a refund, which you are yet to acknowledge

We also notice that the phone number have disappeared from your website, and that which we previously had listed for you no longer works

Please contact us to resolve the situation
