Run a fleet of Land-Rover Discoveries and a Freelander for my gliding club and now have a Discovery 300TDi for towing my trailers.
Normal road car is a BMW, but the Disco is so much better for trailer towing, organising and marshalling on rallies and for moving 'stuff'.
Former rally driver and classic Mini-Cooper enthusiast (have a Mk.1 Cooper 'S'), builder and driver. Also have a share in an MGB-GT with Grandson which we are restoring together.
