Hi matey... I know you're down the road from me... my gearbox and transfer box are on their way out... got Liveridge to have a look, and got a shock at the quote for repair... have you any recommendations for a good place to get it done?... any experience with James Martin, he seems quite popular on the zone? but he's way off in Louth...

Disco transferbox is a good idea, depending on the size of your tyres. Too big and the ratio will be a bit high.

The Disco rad and intercooler fit straight into the front of the 90, the only thing you need to do is lower the mounts on top of the front chassis crossmember. Just grind the tops off, grind approx 1cm off the uprights and then weld the tops back on again.

Wasn't me that started it but I used it for my conversion so everything I got stuck on, got wrong, and discovered along the way is within that thread...

Need any advice then fire away, my conversion is still going strong two years down the line ;)
