I moved the bearings sideways a couple of mm and could imagine but seems to have improved it slightly.
U-joints was free and front diff mount is new, will have a second look...

They are a bit annoying to fit so I don't think it is not worth removing the washers ATM.
The U-joints are all new, will drive a few miles and then check everything again.

A stupid question, I have replaced VCU bearings and now notice a slight vibration I don't remember I had earlier. Should the arc shaped washers (see attachment) be placed in specific positions?

Finally everything is sorted, ended up getting a new bolt through the hub and with help of welder and brute force I managed to remove the old one.
A final question, the suspension should be torqued when the car is standing on its wheels...

Thanks, I will see how far I get with the bolts. Your suggestion will save me a lot of hassle and money, not sure it will work on this car. It took 30T on left side to get the bearing moving.

I have forgotten to update this post, it was actually the left bearing. After it got worse it was easier to distinguish.
The problem now is that I have to replace the rear right bearing which was kind of expected...
