    L322 Clicking Behind Dash

Take the plenum off under the bonnet and you'll be able to see the door motors move when you unlock the car, if it's one of those I expect you'll quickly diagnose it. Pull the rubber seal off, 2x 13mm nuts (yellow arrow) Vent door mechanism (no idea of its proper name (red arrow). They...

    Evoque error codes

I'm confused, which car does the OP have? Evoque, Vogue (assuming L322) or the old Facebook Marketplace favourite "Vouge or Jeep" which frankly could mean anything on there.

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Drums in the centre of the discs. Exactly the same as my facelift 3.6 and I had no issue at all. I can't see that I'm doing anything different to what I did before or what is in this detail, Kermit's description or any video I've watched! I always hated drums and shoes but these are so easy to...

That's what I'm trying to achieve yes. Not that it's urgent right now as I can't drive it until I fit the new air spring.

Appreciate it but I don't think it needed fixing; height sensor gives data, pressure adjusts according to requirement. More pressure=more height.

I did 20 years in insurance, the type accident you are talking about would be investigating mechanical failure by a police forensic investigation team in the absence of any other reasonable explanation and even if one old air spring failed catastrophically it couldn't be argued that changing the...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

I did the NSF one a few weeks ago and I did say at the time the other one's bound to go soon. So on that point I have to agree with you! I'm not totally convinced that they need to be changed in pairs really, manufacturers will always say they should and I would do that with the shocks too...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

On Saturday I changed the discs, pads and parking brake shoes as well as flushing the brake fluid. I also repainted the calipers while there ahead of the long awaited wheel refurb that it so desperately needs. On Sunday morning I decided to change the diff oils and the transfer box oil...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

MOT passed at lunchtime. The tester had to block one side of the exhaust with a cloth to get a good reading for the emissions. The 4.4 TDV8 emits virtually fresh air, I am going to write to the DVLA with this evidence and I expect an apology and VED refund will be with me imminently.

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Loving these warmer lighter evenings. Did a quick service on the RR last night, (Oil, Air, Pollen, Fuel filters). MOT today and then this weekend will be new discs and pads all round, parking brake shoes, rear shocks, transfer box and diff oil changes. This is weather permitting of course.

There is one of those newish MG SUV type things around here and the owner has bought all the individual letters to spell out M O R R I S G A R A G E S across the bonnet. That's a lot of letters, goes almost edge to edge across it.

    L322 Window Tints

It is and thank you. Build #280. Had it 9.5 years now, still good fun too.

    L322 Window Tints

You'll end up with a white border around the frits (that is the official name for the little dots that join the black and clear glass BTW) and it'll look garbage like all aftermarket tints (in my humble but unswerving opinion of course). Factory privacy glass or leave it alone is what I say...

L322 Brake replacement opinions, Brembo discs? Yellow Stuff pads? What do you run?

I'm planning on a bit of a friction refresh, front discs have a little lip on them, pads are about 1/3 left everything and looks tired so I reckon it's time for new discs, pads, parking brake shoes and a fluid change as well as a bit of a caliber refurb while I'm about it so that when I finally...
