I had a problem with my pedals! Water had come in and screwed the main pedal shaft! So the actuator was not engaging with the cruise control or the brake light! Because of the rust around the shaft (see pic 😮) After changing! No more problems ! That's why I asked if he had checked the part...

As above! Check the pedal assembly, to check that the actuator is engaging when working the pedals? Kev

There are bit and pieces on the University of Google, and the same on the collage of you tube! But. I think it will be slow and steady for you whilst you take her apart! The above will give you an idea! But as we all know! All are a bit different?? Just make sure all your moves are followed...
