Assume you have tried flat bar on cover to spread load and a pry bar under the injector fuel nut ?? Usually works. Short and sharp.

Yes, unbolt pipe from fuel rail. Lift injector and pipe out and then you can get a spanner on the injector.

So header tank was split. Replaced that and system holds 20 psi for a few hours. That's good news. One injector is black death and the remaining2 look new. Just drained 13 litres of something out of the sump !! No water in it though. Very thin...

Oh dear. Trace of coolant in bores. Fed thin pipe in and syringed out pink water. Not looking good. Will check the other 3.

TD4 is 6.8 Litres with filter.

MOT history says all is mostly well. Know nothing of engine failure details but have a spare !! Would be rare for a TD4 to destruct unless turbo has caused run away. Paid about the price of tyres on it so worth a shot.

It can be done. Undo hub nut. Loosen trailing arm to hub bolt. No need to do more than a couple of turns. Undo and remove trailing arm to chassis bolt and let arm hang. Undo lower arm to subframe bolts x2. Unbolt handbrake cable clip to subframe...

Do reverse lights stay on with engine running ??

Need to find out why it is 8.8 V at the fuse. If battery is 12.7 V. Maybe a bad battery terminal or loose ?? Good luck on your fuse hunt.

At 8.8V then you battery also needs charging if it is not damaged.

The 120A fuse is the main feed to the ignition switch and then on to many functions... I have posted the circuit. Any 120 A fuse that fits will be fine.

Looks like the coolant rail 'O' ring. Cheap to buy, tricky to fit. Either release the rail from fixings or drop the water pump off to replace.

Circuit shows an 'illumination relay' which is what you have circled. Don't know what this is?? Don't think it is inhibitor.
