Cam belt shredded! got stuck behind a pully.

No idea mate gonna whip off the cover tomorrow but i was too demoralised to do it tonight. I thought it would of started then gone bang rather than running well like it did, something has failed with the cam belt but not sure what, just hope it aint done anything too serious!

Ive just changed my 2.5td for a 300 and did the cambelt whilst i was at it, fired it up after 4 days graft and all seemed well, ran nicely and revved as it did in the disco. then after about 15-20 mins on tickover it stopped with a thud and bent 5 push rods and broke a rocker. I dont really...
