Re Stage 2 - I was told you can't do the intercoolor jobbie if you have a TD5 with AirCon. Is that true? I have aircon A friend of mine had the intercooler done and a stage 2, and it was truly amazing!
"Sounds like it needs a in person tune rather than a remote tune." - Thanks for that, I was wondering about that myself. I am down in Cornwall so I don't have access to most of the well known ones. I did consider sending it away again to Empire Tuning as they seemed to know their stuff, but even they said in person would be better
