Carbs now all sort, now need to sort the fuel system, i need a bit of help to find which of the relays is the fuel and starter so i can get fuel to the engine without winding the engine over, fuses are all marked on the fuse box cover but nothing on the relays. Thanks in advanced

Thanks for the u tube vidio, its solved my problem. The Left carb has the black jet ,the right carb has the white jet, just the linkage to sort out now and hopfully start the engine the weekend. :):):)

I was thinking the same but why have a left and right hand jet, can you see what carb is the left one and right one and what coloured jets are fitted left and right. Thanks a lot for your help

Thanks, i have looked at rover sd1 Forums and not found much i also have a Layland SD1 works manual and not much in that either, i recall reading that the |V8 carbs are marked left and right because the jetting was different but cant remember where i found it. I hear what you say on the jet...
