‘I agree with that^^^ for the OP: IMO a well made remap can improve the engine's functionality and reduce the stress on it despite of enhanced power or torque but even if no gain in this area i'm sure it won't hurt... i dont think that the remap...

‘TBH the TDV6 & SDV6 are not the strongest most reliable engine to start with, when you consider the crank snapping issues, I would think putting anymore stress on it would not be a good idea. J
