Foxwood, i feel for you. i bought on 04 TD4 60K on th clock full service history see my threads. It has cost so far £2500 in repair bills, my advice take it back and demand your money back. These cars cost serious money when they go wrong and at 04 or older they generally will.

On my 04 TD4 5 dr i have bought a replacement solenoid and door catch, it is for passenger side rear. Could anyone give advice/hints & tips on changing units, and special tools required etc. I am looking to change myself hopefully won't be to painful, but i am no mechanic! All help...

:confused: Hi Again, having now collected my TD4 up from the diesel repair shop £1100 bill for new lower fuel pump, fuel filter, turbo sensor, and all four injectors recalibrated after only owning for two hours... I am dismayed to find that rear passenger door central locking does not work...

Well what a week, now had all four injectors done to boot, but am told this will resolve problem. Hopefully looking forward to picking her up tomorrow.......£1000 repair bill. Do i keep or say good bye
