    Roofrack fittings?

The mounting points are under the trims - you can fit a roof rack but make sure you get the one for the panoramic roof.

Freelander 2 (LR2) Turbo noise with oil in the air intake..

A small amount of oil in the intake is normal and nothing to worry about. You’ll need to replace the split pipe and see if the issue is resolved - you’ve only done a partial repair currently.

    Aerial Advice

Coax connection is different between the nav aerial for the radio and the non nav version - can route a new coax cable if you use the non nav version if needed

    D2 TD5 into Defender

Depending on the part number of the ecu (starts NNNxxxxxx) it can be reprogrammed for Defender software. Earlier ECUs (MSBxxxxxx) can’t be reprogrammed

    that sinking feeling :-)

Try wedging the height adjustment handle to rule out that as you get out the car you’re pushing the handle down as you do so. Otherwise I think there’s a stronger height adjustment mechanism available which also helps - the first item is free to try second one costs money....

    Apple Car Play

Depends on what interface you have in the centre console - it can be retrofitted but needs the correct hardware to work. Do your USB connections do more then charge the phone?

Freelander 2 (LR2) Burning Oil smell, Rocker Cover Gasket??

Think that joint needs to be sealed with RTV or something similar as oil can seep past the joint and drip onto exhaust I’d try that before rocket cover gasket

L322 HDC inactive , Air suspension etc..

Try cycling the steering wheel lock to lock to reset the steering angle sensor Are they led bulbs in side lights or conventional? Otherwise you’ll need to get fault codes read to confirm what the car thinks is wrong.

    Freelander 2 (LR2) cutting out

Think you need to get a full diag done and not just pull engine codes. What does fuel gauge show? What is the level in the tank? Any work recently completed on the car?

    2005 freelander window calibration

Try putting the window up using the key in the rear door lock

Freelander 2 (LR2) What sound system do I have?

I believe that if you have the speakers in the E Post then you have the premium 825W system Easy way to tell is what settings you have under “audio”

    CCU & immobiliser - 1999 L-series

No separate immobiliser ecu on a Freelander 1 - it’s all integral to the CCU. The CCU sends the coded message to the engine ECU to release the immobiliser. When you fit a different CCU then you need to resynch to the Engine ECU. On the cars with immobilisation in the CCU I believe that you...

    Other Vogue 2007

Possibly part of the airbag ecu on that age of car

    CCU & immobiliser - 1999 L-series

You need to pair the CCU to the ECU so that it will enable starting - have you done this? This can be done via decent diagnostic kit like T4/Autologic/Hawkeye etc

    freelander 1 accelerator dead

You need to connect black lead to earth (you currently have it connected to battery positive) and check for the 5v feed at the sensors. Also are you checking for 5v with ignition on and a charger connected to the battery?
