I bought 2 of ours from eBay, it was very easy. The one on the Disco came with it, I think it's a 50's or very early 60's plate. Put yours on a retention certificate and get it on an auction site

If he/she or it select's reverse, then listen closely to each sensor, you should hear clicking from working ones. I had a dud on my BMW and I was getting the constant beeeeeep.

Knowing how most caravans are made, I wouldn't fancy hanging normal bikes on the back, let alone electric one's. Plus the nose weight would be tricky. You can get roof racks that drop down, but not sure about the extra weight. If we take (normal) bikes, they go inside the caravan. Our van is an...

An update, it started leaking again, so I took it back and he said he put another seal in, but it's still leaking. Now he's saying, he's not sure why it's leaking again. I've lost confidence in him doing the job..or not, as it seems. So still got a incontinent D1, which is not good.

Get it changed, if there's no history, showing that it's been changed. I wouldn't want to risk it.
