Hi had the same problem thinking it was a tensioner because my belt looked fine but i still went ahead and changed it and the the noise has since stopped.

Hi the same thing happen to me a few day's ago what worked for me was locking/unlocking on the key fob buttons and using the key to try and open the rear door after a couple of tries it opened It's not technical but it worked for me good luck.

Ok Update i did a half service on the starter for myself no parts :rolleyes: I just cleaned the contacts with some ultra fine sand paper and some contact cleaner spray and it seems to be a better well so far no scrubbing fingers crossed :) i will now order the service kit online and do a proper...

Hi i had the same problem as the link that Nodge68 posted i took the cover off of the motor and like you everything work in reverse so i followed the the advice of Oval and turned the motor housing 180 degrees and now it's all back to normal thanks for the links and advice.:)
