  4. S

Im back with good news !!!!

yes paul i have calibrated once before with the maxidas BUT that was before i had the original problem of the bag bursting since then everything went tits up ! RS2000CUSTOM believe it or not when we did do a calibration ( before the nightmare ) we managed to be EVERY CORNER within 1mm of each...

LOL im a gambler but id want odds on wi this !!! the diagnostic computer my friend has is called a autel maxidas diagnostic and analysis system. have you heard of this machine it does seem to be the bees knees but its not allcomms or T4 (even though T4 couldnt do it) but as ive said it says to...

Im back with good news !!!!

funny enough id also thought of that PAULVASEY ! BUT im worried it wont lol bit of a catch 22 ? the actual heights as it stands are not THAT FAR out at the min just out enough to need calibrating ! I am sure its a calibrating issue just as i said if it raises i could be in a predicament ? Just...

Im back with good news !!!!

Sorry mate YES SUSPENSION WORKS PERFECTLY. Goes upto offroad back to normal down to access and back to normal VERY quick VERY smoothly. What i meant was landrover couldnt get it to go down in calibration as it kept failing due to a figure being out of range. im scared to plug it in my mates...

Im back with good news !!!!

UPDATE !!!!!!! Firstly PAULVASEY - The EAS IS working perfectly, goes up an down straight away NO probs whatsoever mate !!!!! RS2000CUSTOM - Ive just removed the pressure relief valve altogether and NO air leaked AT ALL and more importantly the suspension DID NOT DROP on ANY...

Im back with good news !!!!

Yeah ive had it off before mate to check if it was faulty . I removed the valve an put the plastic part in its place no air came out an it dint drop BUT that was before i changed all the parts . Ill post on here tomoz evening wen ive removed it again to see if owts changed! Watch this space mate
  10. S

Im back with good news !!!!

Right mate tomoz i will do exactly that . So simply remove the gold pressure relief from next to compressor in wheel well an im expecting the suspension to drop an air to come out of thr pipe is that right !
  11. S

Im back with good news !!!!

Good call mate BUT it only wont calibrate on the landrover T4 dye to not being able to enter the correct values as they only went up to 800mm ! Its not been tried on anythibg else eg allcomms ? Dont suppose you have one do u ? Also how much was solenoid an how hard long to fit ? Ps just read...

Im back with good news !!!!

How hard was they to change ? How much was they an also wat method did u follow eg deflate system or do this that etc how sure are u this is my fault ? I dont seem to have a problem with it inflating just wont calibrate or lower ?
  13. S

Im back with good news !!!!

Where r the solenoids ? How can you be sure its them ? The suspension hasnt got any higher since ive got it back so they rnt constantly inflating ?
  14. S

Im back with good news !!!!

Thanks for confirming that mate. BUT im still just leaning towards lowering links cos tbh im scared summat will go wrong again wat u reckon mate
  15. S

Im back with good news !!!!

RS2000CUSTOM the rim edge to rim centre is 300mm. PAULVASEY it cant possibly get any higher there is a 150mm / 6" gap between tyre and wheel arch lip !!!!!!!! I could fit my head in it mate
  16. S

Im back with good news !!!!

Right lads, i put 20" in to computer, take my measurements lets say front 830mm an rear 800mm DEDUCT 25mm from all eg front 805mm rear 775mm cos these are wat it really is on 20" yeah. then input these an you guarantee the suspension WONT RAISE ??? Cos if it does im in BIG trouble cos i wont be...
  17. S

Im back with good news !!!!

I understand mate but wat im trying to say is ....... lets imagine i enter calibration mode, input 20", then i measure arch to rim bottom, as it stands mine is at 830mm so i will input ( with your theory ) 815mm yeah ? BUT as im LYING LOWER than wat it ACTUALLY is the vehicle WILL RAISE !!!! IF...
  18. S

Im back with good news !!!!

Gents, you CANT deduct measurements because if you DEDUCT from the ACTUAL your vehicle WILL HIGHER, to LOWER you must fool it by INCREASING the values !!!!! As ive said the ACTUALS are approx 825mm - 830mm on the front which means id have to INCREASE the measurement to LOWER !!!! The problem is...

Im back with good news !!!!

LOL !!! mate i cant afford new wheels now with wat ive already spent AND xmas for two boys else id defo think about it !!! I reckon lowering links are the way forward NOT to pimp it UP just to bring it DOWN to spec lol !!!:D
  20. S

Im back with good news !!!!

Right guys, Firstly the T4 computer STRATSTONE LR have does NOT accept 22" rim size ???? 20" is the largest it goes too ???? Secondly the p38 calibration WAS done from hub centre THEN on the l322 it changed to wheel rim bottom to arch THEN guess wat........ after 2007 they bloody...
