done mine couple of weeks ago, wd40 and allen key, with a wrench over the end for more pressure, no problem at all - 1995 model with 105k on the clock the instructions did say to warm the engine up to help if necessary, but enough pressure and they both moved quite easy

after changing to road wheels, thought i would start cleaning the off road wheels up, starting with the nuts, hour and half later one left to do

had the same problem with my Disco rear window, pulled the switch out first, dismantled it and cleaned it all up and hey presto, window working i could hear a noise in the rear door, so didnt think it was the switch at first, but was easier to give it a try before removing door cards

picked up a N reg disco at the weekend it only came one key and one alarm fob number AMR4874 is it worth disconecting the alarm as if i lock it via keys the alarm is on, would that work will be looking to order one from the link uncle fester put up, but do not wish to be unable to start...
