When I realised my diff lock was siezed , after I first needed it! , I spent about 2 hours & a can of WD40 & spray grease with a spanner on the horizontal pin going back & forth until it eventually freed off. Worth it to have it working! It must never have been off road before.

Mine's de-cattrd, de egr'd, & ive taken the fan off, dont know what the mpg is , but its good for what it is , & about twice as economical as the Land Cruiser I drove. Whats this fuel pump tweak?

Just changed mine on 300 for a Defender non cat one, plus blanked of the egr, new filter, & now off to cornwall to a rally with caravan to see how she goes!

Scuse my ignorance, what is the egr , & why do you blank it off in conjunction with a de-cat pipe,which I have got.
