Iv used boge springs and shocks before on some standard road cars, I found them ok to be honest, wouldnt know about a disco though, Think I might need to be looking at mine cause my auld disco sits lower than that at the back.

I think the release bearing has gone through the fork. I said preasure plate on earlier post but i think its the release bearing. Just renew clutch while gearbox is out as its done about 150000 miles
