As long as you throw some extra lube in with it such as used engine oil it will be fine ( although slightly illegal ) I had a long conversation with a MOT tester and he said it is almost impossible to trace using the probe that the department of transport use for seeing if you are using cherry:)...

Hello you need to adjust the lever it has a thread with a nut either side of hollow tube this is what needs adjusting make a note of how many threads are visible at the top so you have a datam in case you go the wrong way sorry I can't tell you wheter to go up or down. cheers Leekegs:)

The genuine Land rover workshop manual for 200 series has the part number SJR900ENWM and I think is still available it cost around £50 but is well worth it unlike the haynes type manuals that only scratch the surface. cheers leekegs

hello providing you have checked your clutch it sounds like you need to either replace or bleed the slave cylinder bleed it first and if problem persists just replace the slave cylinder they are cheap about£20 and simple to replace. leekegs
