Ok when I took the fuel filter off there wasn't any diesel in their ? Fit the new filter & primed with the lift pump until diesel come out of the bleed screw. Took her for a spin and seemed good until 3 minutes later it cut out. Pulled over and undone the bleed screw and not even a flicker of...

Hope so , I've got a new one to put on tomorrow when I come home from work :)

It sure is , The weird thing is that if I leave the disco standing for a bit then start it back up it'll drive perfect for 2 minutes then die :D:mad:

No mate ,just waiting for recovery now as I can't get home as it is.

I'll fill her up when (if) i get home , just took her for a quick spin & feels ok. Back to work now , No rest for us butchers. Cheers

Just took her for a quick drive and it's come back ,in neutral and foot to the floor it'll get up to 1500rpm then die back down.

On the way to work at 5am , My 300tdi(95) suddenly cut out :confused: managed to freewheel it off the bypass.Tried to turn her over and it took 5 times before she kicked into life . Managed to get to work at 10mph and the disco wouldn't go over 1500rpm ,just kept cutting out. Right I'm on...

X5 :lalala: I had to tow one of them out of an inch of snow last year :rofl:
