Ps It's a 1997 300tdi csw. Was built by special vehicles for the forces and demobbed in 2011. Don't have any more info yet.

Hi all Had my 110 for a few months. When I got it I knew it had a cut off switch for the battery though it's either extra security or has a drain on the battery. Turns out its a drain on the battery. With the ignition off the ignition circuit stays on. Checked the ignition switch wiring...

I've got a Clarke 130 gas less. Works really well. No good for really heavy stuff but you have the ark for that. Got mine from my dad but they are popular eBay seems the place to look. I like the gas less as I only weld out side so no gas shroud to get blown away.

Card rattles free. Blu Tack seems to be the fix for them. Will post a how to maybe when I get my new channels... Eventually :)

Only temporary. My 110 CSW has sliding rear windows that rattle. Needs new window channels, only £40 but they are down the list on priority so have tried all sorts. Stuffing para cord in, draught excluder but none quite did the job as well as Blu-tack. Yup! Does a great job, until I...

Oldish thread but gonna reply anyway for all those searching mpg. One my 3rd tank of fuel in my (new to me) 300tdi 110 csw. Egr delete, Allisport intercooler, exhaust centre box delete, General AT2's, electric fan, standard gearing 32.06 then 32.17 mpg. ........ got an app for that ;)...

Mine is doing similar. But almost sounds little body rattle just as you lift off or just put the gas on. Rear prop and uj's are new. Changing my drive shafts and flanges soon as they are really worn. Will let you know if that does the trick. Favourite is always the uj's though. Gary

Think you've answered you're own question. Didn't do it before belt change. Symptoms sound like timing is out, but only slightly. Take it back and get them to sort it I'd say.
