Maybe I have found the problem. On myrangerover.co.uk it warns that the file is large - 609 mb. The download has just stopped after 156mb so possibly you have not got it all for some reason. I'm trying it again though incase its a problem at my end.

I'm clearing my version of Rave and downloading the one that you have. I'll install that one and let you know what I did. The only difference will be that I am running Vista but that shouldnt make any difference. The download has 48 minutes to run so I may be a while!!!

I presume you have replaced the airbags with coils. Sounds like you need to tell the air ECU that you have changed it. The ride height sensors will be telling it that it is in "Off Road Mode" i.e. full height and as soon as you exceed 18mph (I think) it will be trying to reduce the ride height...
