hi can anyone help me i went to myrangerover to download the RAVE for disco2
i think its downloaded but i cant open it... it has also downloaded the freelancer one apparently but cant open either!!!!!! is there another site i can download the rave from for free???? many thanks

U need Daemon tools lite ....its freeware, download and install one and u'll be able to open the RAVE

Been a while since I done this, but lets have a go!
Right click on the download and go to explore
Look for the green landrover oval, I think there should be two - 1 labelled "icon" and 1 labelled "application"
Double click the one labelled "application"
Think that should start the software.
Let me know if this works.

i have opened it in isobuster and its come up with disco2 freelancer folder click on that comes up with a list of stuff like rave tutorial t4 tutorial, ice, overhaul textbook etc but when i click on one of the applications in one of those folders it takes me to the web adobe reader and says i need a plug in????

Ok. One should be in icon with a file size of about 3kb, the other is the application launcher with a file size of about 38kb. If you click the larger it should start rave

they wont open at all, the only place i have found the landrover oval was as a short cut on my desktop its not in the disco 2 folder

Possibly a corrupt download then. I downloaded mine but I also got one of ebay for a couple of quid.

It sounds to me like you are trying to open it with a recent version of Reader - it neeeds to be ver4 which comes with it.

What happens when you click the desktop icon? Does it nsay RAVE underneath? This is how I launch mine.

if i open the folder it says i have acrobat 4 on there as a folder but it wont open any of them!!!!!
