    do you have a wading plug fitted to the bellhousing?----- if so take it out and see if any oil comes out of the hole (or put a container under the hole overnight) if any oil comes out then you'll have to find where it's coming from,

    should be able to re-use all the fixings as they are all under cover, you might want to buy a trim removal tool if you havn't already got one then you can even re-use the headlining retaining clips.

    book says my defender 200Tdi radiator is BTP1823S will ESR3685 fit? this is for a V8 but what's the difference? the reason i'm asking is I can get the V8 one (which is a genuine LR) for not much more than the BTP one (which I suspect is britpart) the pipes on the V8 one look in the same places...

    I had these on my 90 (now sold) and they were fantastic, they were also only £85 each. unfortunatly, (according to Augusts land rover monthly) new stock is no longer available due to EU noise regulations (not that they were noisy) so if you want some get them while you can.
