Its common sense to fully open and close shocks, even if its just to ensure that they don't leak. No point putting something on if it already faulty!!

Its ERR3443 for the serpentine belt which has a M30 1.5mm fitting on the water pump. Well I had a good look and anyone wanting one, here is where I've found the cheapest aftermarket one. I've had a change of mind and going to fit a electric fan now. Thanks for all the help regards

I think that's what the difference is. Mine is a 95 3.9 with air-con so it has the serpentine belt. The early 3.9 had a different water pump too.

what year was your V8? And did it have Air-con? Regards Steve

Hi Im wondering if the viscous fan from a 300 Tdi fit my 95 V8i Disco? Or I might fit two 12inch fans with switch. But if I can put the viscous on for now that would do me till I've saved up.

Surely this asks the question, why do people fit the winches on the front and not the rear?? As it must be easier to pull it back out rather that try to pull it though what ever it gets stuck in??

I'm looking to fabricate some rock sliders with tree bars. I was going to make them out of 3mm box around 75mm x 50mm. Then have them galved and powder coated. My question is do you mount them to the body points that the steps are already fitted to? Would they be strong enough or do they need...

That's what I put on mine, but I got mine for £370 fitted and balanced. Which I didn't think was to bad!
