Does the fuel flap solenoid work? Mine failed and seem to remember getting the tailgate open warning...

Hi Nodge, Mine is a 2009, so as far as I know there is no relay, only a 60amp fuse which I've checked. Like you say, the code is pretty ambiguous. My indy was unable to interrogate it any further... Do you know any more about said controller? Thank you

Back to the point about the additional earth, I've had a look at my father in laws 2011 SD4 and it has an additional earth from the battery down to the starter which looks factory fitted.

And annoyingly has not cured the initial rough running issue and is still giving P0380-00 error code. Admitedly I didn't check the new plugs as I couldn't remember where I'd put my multimeter... I've ordered the seperate glow plug wiring loom and will work myself up to going in again before...

I think I have some from when I had my FL1, but will need to have a rummage in the garage....

The part number for the bracket is LR010646 And for the screw is LR009676 There is a space listed too LR002238 Numbers from the lrcat site which gives you the part numbers which Allbrit doesn't, although I have a vague feeling it used to...

Have now had a proper look at those screws (with glasses on ) and have realised they are 5 pointed torx Nodge, I've already got the 'new' manifold in stock ready... Need to change the glow plugs at the same time as at least one has given up the ghost, so going to be a busy day...

Should have been clearer, but I'm swapping manifolds to a non flap version. So, need to swap the ally housing between the two...

Can anyone tell me what size the torx security bit is for the 4 screws that hold the ally housing to the manifold itself? I bought a set, but none fit...! Thank you
