Hi Ian,yes agree, especially with the heated seats which is nice with leather in the winter-it’s hardly worn and very clean considering it’s 8 years old.

i would consider a new one than mine, its the electrical gremlins that are putting me off.:( mine has a power drain,
and can`t find what`s causing it ,nothing shows up on diagnostics.

2009 just the `s` model though, no terrain response.runs right enough though, even with it`s few faults.
had it nearly five years & its had 2batteries,2 sets of track rod ends,3sets of drop links,1 spring,
new strut top bearings,,2 drive shaft boots, all new brakes, new heater plugs, and a service.oh &2 sets of tyres.
but its still the original car, sounds a bit like triggers brush:p

Only problem with leather seats is that the dog cover I use on the back seat slides when our spaniel jumps in - cross between a stereotype and a cartoon moment
We have a spaniel too,had a dog guard fitted today to keep him in the back and off the seats

Springs should be replaced in pairs. ;)
i know. just haven`t got around to fitting the other side, after the trouble i had fitting the nearside one.
i used two pairs of spring compressors and still struggled.so i just keep putting it off.

Looks like a nice FL2 you've got yourself there. I think I spy it has a heated front screen too...?
If so, that'll be useful come those frosty mornings.

Thanks-yep heated front screen, enjoying the car even though early days, touched in the few stone chips it had and polished all the metal trim as well as fitted a dog guard so far.
