Check your wastegate is free it's a common problem on a Td5 that has been parked up douse it with WD 40 or similar then get a pair of mole grips and make sure it moves it will be stiff but make sure it will push towards the bulkhead

Sounds like overboost.... Check your wastegate does it move ?

Check the bulb is in properly I had a damaged rear interior light that was shorting the live feed to the roof blew the fuse all the time until light replaced

I chose the newer TD5 with a nanocom to keep the computers happy

Replaced injector loom as red plug had oil and unseized the wastegate so now not over boosting and going into limp mode

Touch the screen to the right of the number that should move the cursor to the end and then use backspace

Get some one with a nanocom to take readings whilst driving and when the issue happens take a look and see what's going on. You could carry out lots of expensive guessing

Could you not get the second fob working as well with the nanocom, it should be able to get the fob programmed to work with the car assuming the fob is not broke.

Check you have entered the unlock code 8 correctly check case and that any zero's and oh's are correct also a lowercase L can look like a 1 or the other way round. Once the code is correct move to last code save and restart nanocom FAQ http://web.nanocom.it/faq_i.cfm?articolo=418
