Is there a switch somewhere for reverse gear?? When I select reverse gear in my dse my rear wiper operates to clear window.. Could it be that at fault thinking its still in reverse?? Just a thought,or perhaps mine isn't supposed to do that :)

Switches on the seat used to play up on mine,I used to take them apart and clean them. Give that a try ;)

Are your brake lights working? my dad had a fault on his 2000 DHSE came up on dash with ABS and traction fault and then he noticed he had no brake lights...a little search found the switch to the brake peddle was at fault! changed that and everything went back to normal..

if its got front fogs?? then the n/s 1 blocks auto box cooler and would be a risk if doing a lot of towing

might sound daft,but ive read posts on here about vibrations and they have been down to viscous fan failing or missing blades..as you already have a overheating problem and as wammers said in your earier post that the fan is fubar then i would investigate that 1st..ive heard they can also come...

Tha barstewards never gave me that option! They (main dealer) just told me if it don't work then it's just bad luck and no refund.. I would have paid for the diagnostic option if I'd have known they could of checked the keys,bloody glad it worked when I picked it up :)

That sounds like the inspection plate, you should be able to see flex plate etc through that.. just put 1 back on so no crud/debris gets in
