just undo them. the "nuts" are those springy type things like the passengers and driver floor screws on to. you should use new ones tho, as the old ones will be rusty. as will be the screws. good luck and dont forget: you start a small job and finish a big one...

that's bollocks. The diaphragm gives more fuel when the turbo kicks in, that's what the box near the turbo was for (the one with a tube going to pump) just somehow close up the hole where you've taken off the tube at IP

sounds like you're asking for trouble. You seem very sure that the gearbox swap will be easy and wont show any other problems. Sure it's no series but then, it's a land rover...

you could put a second series on the roof...
