we used to get mot's for Uk reg cars here in Portugal!...but if they are ever in a rti they are in serious shi te we dont do it anymore we dont do dodgy inspections either now...

Yes spoke to his dad today it's for sale but unfortunally his wife has tested positive for covid so contact is difficult...however winch and bumper plus spots also under tray protection I think is new £800 this has never been used comes with all remotes etc I suggested today £400 plus postage will hear on Friday if acceptable ...I am just organising the sale... @kevstar
Years ago, we used to go to a garage in Ealing, long since closed, so I don't mind saying.
If the motor was a bit rough, extra fiver to the tester and he would pass it. If it was really bad, we had to give him a tenner, and he still passed it!

Another chap I knew had a book of MOT certificates in his drawer, and would write one out for you for a reasonable fee, he didn't need to see the vehicle. That came to an end when DVLA changed the colour of certificates overnight without telling anyone. They are sneaky like that!
