I loved having one of those bikes amazing no electronics to help u ride it u get it wrong your fault.

mmmm the proper vicious one:cool:

These are pretty easy to ride and not vicious at all. People said that about the Tl1000 at the time and its a pussycat.

These make a great first sportsbike, easy to ride pretty fast

Good luck with the sale, it looks a tidy one :)

She is very tidy had interest but no offers, i hate selling vehicles lol

No, proper 5 speed box and manual clutch:)

Oh well,I was hoping for the benefit of your experience. I like the idea of the FJR, it's still a manual box with a normal foot lever, although it changes electronically. I'd prefer it to the Honda auto.

Mine was an earlier model. It was a bloody good touring bike, went around a good bit of Europe on it, happy days:D

I sold my FJR1300 on Ebay, it was a quick and problem free sale and I got a good price.:D

did you get what you wanted then? I hate selling vehicles can't do with the bloody tyre kickers n those that think it's ok to come n slag stuff off!! I am not very tolerant of muppets lol :D when I was selling my Lc (bad move) I started pushing it back into the garage cos he was ****ing me off that came to look at it!! :)

Yes, got the asking price, but things may be a bit different in France. I never allow test drives unless they leave me with the full amount in cash before they ride off. I will take a prospective purchaser for a test ride, I usually scare the **** out of them:D always sold as seen tested and approved with not returns on Ebay.

im surprised people havent offered you a swap for a playstation for it. Thats the sort of tossers gumtree has.

Ebay is your best bet. I sell all my bikes on there :)

put it on classified ad (will cost you £15) as then no one can hit buy it now and then go quiet. Dont remove the listing unless you have a deposit or its paid for.

I've sold a couple of cars on ebay and I always put em on classified :D had nothing not even an offer of a snickers bar n a bag of crisps on gumtree! lol

as for test ride they will deffo only be having one of those if they leave the full amount agreed, I won't be taking anyone out on it though I don't do passengers anymore! :D
