Been offered a white 1995 landrover defender 300tdi tidy good original chassis never welded 100,000 genuine miles 1 owner .Been parked a few years in shed . Wondering wot it's worth :)

Worth getting a rough estimate from worn sticky pages of LRO. There you can judge current values and argue the toss with the seller. It may look nice but farm driven Landies can be thrashed in Engine and gearbox due to it use on the fields. Depending which version the Landies is i.e. SW CSW or Commercial van each have their market price accordingly. If you think it worth a punt go with our blessing and search like mad for known rot areas oil issues electrical problems and any service history if any and add a couple of 1000 beer chits to future work needed.

He asked me to bid him but I know the fella and he's not slow he will know wot it's worth . ? Is wot do u guys roughly think it's worth
Does the engine turn over and start. are the brakes rusted tight. what kind of shape is the radiator and coolant. is the clutch rusted/stuck. do all the lights work, mice can cause serious problems with wiring, how is the interior, dry rot ,musty etc. whats the paint like. and hows the glass, I have seen vehicles that have set for a period if time that has gotten all foggy. and the tires are probably dry rotted, even though they hold air at speed they blow

Anywhere between 4 and 10k depending on condition and how it drives etc.

Dont forget most sellers think their crap is worth way more than it is.
