I never seem to find them at that price or even close enough to even go and have a look at them.

I was hoping it would be catastrophic but I've fixed the lights, off to craddocks tomorrow for a timing kit and front hub bearings. Then to buy a lower end engine for a replacement sump.I'm off work for 11 days so I'll swap the insurance over and run it for a week to decide but discos are a way nicer place to be than tratters. :oops:

Is that the twin turbo 3000GT or the normally aspirated? Looks clean and nicely original
Well in theory its a 1995 3000GT Twin Turbo with 86k miles, but I bought it with the engine in bits after a massive overheat and am slowly putting it back together with my limited mechanical knowledge!

And yes, it is rare that it is 100% standard, minus the painted wheels

You can check motor with 12 volts (door card off) If that dunt work brushes in motor crackerd New motor of the bay about £ 1.50 ish ! but you have to put your gear wheel on !

@Marmaduke Eltop Electonics £1.32 MR01 motor
Cheers for that. If I put the fuse back in the motor will pop the button up and down but it sounds like the motor keeps going for another few seconds so it might just need adjustment. I wouldn't mind but when I last broke a discovery I weighed all the doors and internal gubbins in:oops:
