Hi everyone!

so what i want to know is why? why? why? do you keep them?

you all just missed the scrapage scheme but still easy enough to go and part excharge for a nice ford KA or nissan etc

come on! i want to know why you put up with the S**T that goes with the range rover

I would like to Welcome Ladyranger. It is a pleasure..

the pleasure is all mine!!!.... i love this forum. The best ever. I'm quite lucky as my Range Rover is a good boy...he knows his place, as he should. very reliable, towed 4.5tonne and didn't moan(no one tell please) and hasn't had a service in 3 years. cost me nothing but pennies on the last 3 MOT.. i love him. But as with all my men i expect them to cost me little and give plenty in return!!!! lol

Very true... i love him dearly. and before you all start shouting he's going in for a service next week with a local machanic. got everthing i need from island 4x4.

Hi Ladyrange.

Sounds like you've been lucky. Not wishing to widdle on your parade though, I think you might be storing up trouble for yourself not getting it serviced. At the very least you should be doing regular oil and filter changes. If it's a V8 then you will kill it with sludge not doing that.

(just jealous really!)

Ah! I see you just beat me to it!

2.5dt! if i had a penny for every chap that said that and that when i had overheating problems in the early years a quid for each time someone i crack the head or blown a gasket.... yes probably lucky but i love him.
