Hello,

I am looking on getting my 90 ready for a new spray.

Was wondering from people who have done theirs what things to replace when getting it done?

I plan on completely getting new hinges, seals etc.. but was wondering what else should get done.

Any help would be great

Take screen out and at the very least mask the screen to bulkhead seal. if it has the old screen surround hinges replace with the fixed type.

Everything that breaks when removing it

I replaced seals and bolts for all hinges and the likes. Removed the cappings to get all paint behind them and then refit with new rivets.

During the strip down I just kept coming across rusty fixings that would best if they were replaced.
