Just under 190K 98 300 TDI 90, no smoke on start up and runs great, And only one patch on the chassis where i ripped a bracket off and of course a rear cross member

runs and sound sweet, smokes a little bit, and when she is cold and just started up, there is very little smoke:d

My 1988 TD has done 220k
But the 200tdi under the bonnet has done 110k(ish)

2001 TD5 90 hardtop.

Just sneaking up to 100,000miles on the odometer .... BUT my odometer under-read by 9% when I had the big tyres on so gawd only knows what mileage it's really done ....

All I know is that it still feels like new and that's good enough for me

Mine is 228.000 Puff of smoke on start up but time it right and some one hates me
Engine runs okay but gear box is waiting for the doctor(James Martin )

145K on a J19 so thats not the original motor then. Fitted with a 'total loss' oil system in the box or so the last owner told me.

148,000 miles most mots to prove, loads of paperwork had new gear box 6 years ago other than that touch wood all ok, going to need a new rad soon tho.
