Hi there, Its not any sort of compression tester, Why would it have an earth electrode? Its a shielded spark plug, used to suppress radio interference, and also offers some degree of water/ splash proofing. They're quite often used in aircraft. God only knows why it fell out of yer lanny, Have you found any wings lying in the road behind you? Here's a pic of a new one: Champion Spark Plug Type from Aircraft Spruce

Yeah, Roger that 10 - 4 charlie charlie. Over and out.

"over and out" dosent make any sense, "over" means you are expecting a reply, and out means you dont.....

As to things being left in cars, a brass pig once fell out of a Formula Ford in the middle of a race.

Well, ah found a 19mm socket in a Ford Escort hire car when i stopped to fill windscreen washer bottle up.

Me V8, when i took the seats out found a couple a quid coins and a black bic pen - reet chuffed i was.

Me 200 TDi, i took me seats out a few weeks ago and found a broken stanley knife, a packet of rizlas and a little plastic bag of dried up green leaves. Reet peeved ah was, so i chucked the lot ;)

Doesn't "over" mean you've stopped talking and "out" mean that's the end of conversation?
