Ah've had the bulkhead fur a whiles but decided ah better do summit about it in the last couple of months. Took the bus off the road last weekend and bin takin' stuff off (weather permittin'). Once the bulkheaad was clear of any pipework and wires ah got me mate over this mornin' tae give me a lift off with the old and in with the new;):D
 
If anyones got a 265 75 16 that holds wind in!!!!! please let me know:) i really need one as disco is now off the road looking very sorry for itsself!!!!

what tyres are you running?

have you not got a spare?

When I lent Sirus my 2 spares I kept a 235/85/16 on the back door as a spare cos the rolling circumference is pretty much the same.;)

Yeah i do have a spare but its tiny! like 205 16 the rest are 265 75 16's im running sagra insa turbos
 
Finished my engine - Head Gasket swap, clean and grind valves and bolt it all back together, the V8 sounds much better and pulls like a train no excess pressure in cooling system - Happy Bunny.

Spent ages gettin' some bits and pieces today then came home and changed me clutch master cylinder, sprayed the box and pedal, stuck the clutch pedal box on with some shiny stainless bolts and a new gasket, stuck me hinges on, hung a door on to see how it lined up then took the wires out of me 200tdi heater box and swapped them over with the 300tdi heater box ah got ;):D

removed offending bit of pipe and measured it ready to get hold of a replacement then used pipe bandage to stop it leaking temporarily while I check out the cause of the burst and so on.. .

then swore a lot and gave up when I couldn't get the damn thing back on..

try again tomoz
 
spent some money on her - new set of Insa Turbo 235/85/16 ready to go on, 2" lift kit, full set of bushes, snorkel, new front and rear discs and pads, and some new brake lines.

gotta wait till its all delivered before i can play tho :(

Today i fitted a runner to my drivers side window, the runner arrived from good old ebay. the runner was missing and the window falling out when it was wound down.

oil'd it up and it works a treat im after a n/s 03 facelift headlamp, have A o/s already, i fancy a go at that next, think they look nice with the later front end.....
