put new wipers on the front then had a fight with the locking clip on the drivers side whilst it started to **** down heavy and no coat:boxing::boxing::mad::mad:

hopefully this helps. I have had to swap mobiles so I'll have to find the part number again if you need it

I've been running a bit rough today. When I accelerate it sounds very uneven and is quite smoky. In addition I'm getting error 27.2 injector 2 peak charge long on the Nanocom. I popped the multiplug off the injector harness and it's got oil in it. Maybe a new injector loom will help me. The existing one is only two years old. I hope it is something simple like that, rather than e.g. the injectors themselves as they're expensive and I'll have to take the rocker shaft off to get the old ones out. It's a TD5 by the way.

TD5 so...cleaned out the oil coming from the injector loom under the drivers seat just to start seeing how bad the capillary leak is, painted the rear cross member and synched the new spare immobilser fob. drained the flood water from my inspection pit so I can really have some fun tomorrow.....new car (made this millennium anyway).
Can anyone tell me what colour I am, being a Defender they never completed the colour code.....hopefully the picture will attach

Looks very dark in that picture. It could almost be black. But I'm guessing Oslo Blue.

well that was fun today... ...not. anyone know why my 300 tow hitch doesn't fit my 200 D1 seems like the 300 one is thinner but the chassis is the same for a 200 or 300 D1 isn't it? did fit my ball and pin tow ball to my current 200 setup though
also cable tied my gearbox mount rubbers to stop them from trying to escape untill the new one turns up

V8 carb 110 - keeping it simple, indicators packed up. Tried hazard, worked once. Suspect fuses but caused by rain ingress. Parked it up as I don't have time.

Can anyone with rear wiper tell me where the switch normally is... can't find it on either of my 110s.

thought I'd sorted my hi/lo lever issues yesterday but went to take it out today and it hopped out of hi again there just doesn't seem to be enough movement to get both to work properly by adjusting the rod from the lever. Is it possible that the selector in the box is worn? and is it possible to replace it. if so how hard is it and is it a box out job? or can it be done while it's in the truck?
