fitted nearside front window mechanism.

Found out the air con belt going was due to the tensioner pulley spitting its balls :( & the drivers door lock not working is due to a broken actuator cam :(
 
got bored sat doing nothing so made it a ladder just nead to fit my roof rack now

Pulled all the wheels of my Disco 2 mainly to clean a lot of rusty clart off the O/S rear. Was wondering if at some point in it's life, the brake pads had worn out and a previous owner had let it go metal to metal before replacing everything...

Checked the brake pads, Copaslipped my nuts, put em back on again, torqued 'em up :)

Diff.
 
Cleaned the air sensor and put some egr cleaner through the air intake, took for mot and passed......going to stick some injector cleaner in fuel in morning.
 
Well pushed a new set of bushes in my front arms and new panhard rod bushes. Fitted the panhard rod to the 90. Will fit the radius arms another evening tho
 
Changed the air filter on the L322. Apparently it had been changed during a service 600 miles ago but doesn't look like it to me!

did some more chassis painting, fixed my non-working side repeater and took out the rusty bit of the lower dash then i got bored and went and drunk cider in the sun
 
one for JM noticed my 200tdi had a plate on the block just inside the injector pump, a mate has 2 different 200tdi's and both have a breather pipe that comes from the block up to the rocker cover

he had an old scrapped 200 in the pile due to be weighed in so rescued it for mine surely gotta be better ??????
 
tis one of those improvements that dont really matter , its supposed to relive crank case pressure as under cam its open there , but have never found issue with other
 
FAR from perfect, but they will be alright when i tidy em up with the grinder and get a coat of paint on there:D:D:D:D Loverly weather for bringing and welderising:cool::cool::cool::rolleyes:.

get it ground back with a chamfer on it,then paint it.jobs done.;)
