Finally got my lightbar which was delivered before xmas but the wrong one sent to me. Drilled out a 12mm hole in it, then painted where I drilled with semi gloss Humbrol enamel :lol:

Finally fixed the manifold blow, it was between the inlet/exhust.

De greased and washed the chassis.

Carried on stripping the range rover. Took boot floor, rear head lining, rear lights, plastic boot trim off, then got ****ed off with the lighting so started rigging up a light wall

Spent the afternoon trying different methods to keep the td5 running and have now concluded I'm going to do the injector seals. And fit a new fuel pump while I'm at it.

Drove it, and covered some ppl in smoke with it

But yesterday I pulled a Mc Donalds sign post straight after someone drove into it. Lady kept calling it a jeep the insulting cow. Got about 15 quids worth of free food for me and a mate for doing that

Yesterday changed gear box, transfer box and rear axle oils, fixed hand brake light switch. and refitted the seat cover on the drivers seat bas. and tightened the handbrake lever, retaining bolt. and fitted extended breathers to T box, G box, & front axle.

Ordered new HD steering arms, new ball joints and all four drop links along with rear shock poly bushes. She should be on the road in a week or so.

Anyone know what springs on Discos are blue, I was certain the suspension was not stock. Suspension seemed pretty pretty well stanced, and the ride is on the firm side so pretty sure they HD springs. Now they are clean I noticed the springs are blue.
