replaced the rear trailing arm bushes (well... mostly watched "50 pence" do it for me... I did help a little though!).

Oh, and decided to adjust my wheel bearings as they've started grinding when I turn left. I didn't do this though, because it might not actually be the bearings, and i haven't got any of the tools i need either!

Let's hope it's safe to drive, cos i need to go to work tomorrow!

started to build mine a new home, wish id done it three years ago could have done more to it in the winter time

Fitted a new headlight washer on my Disco II, noticed I was using up a lot of screen wash in that bad weather we had. It seems somebody must have driven into the headlight washer in a car park or something...Or maybe just some mindless twisting from somebody.

The pipe had snapped where it goes through the bumper. I could tell because in the really cold when I inspected it there was a big lump of blue ice hanging off the underside of the bumper :) Just goes to show how rubbish the anti freeze in screen wash is, as that was a strong mix for winter!

Fitted new track-rod ends and new drag-link ball-joint. Still got to do the drop-arm ball-joint but that's not quite so straight-forward!

Also fitted new front door hinges and nearly, nearly, nearly finished my heated mirror installation! (Got too dark to complete the wiring :()

I din't do anything to mine. I did walk past it twice though.

I replaced the bias plate in my Disco. No longer have to guess where 3rd & 4th gears are :clap2:

Also tightened up the wheelnuts holding the spare on. Now it doesn't clatter when i shut the back door.

Getting there...

Where did you get the bias plate from fella if you don't mind me asking?

My gear stick just kinda flops around when I drive along lol!

For the past 2 months my drivers side wing as been flapping around in the wind like a running dogs ears, so decided as i had an hour spare i would sort it.
Turns out the wing had pulled itself away from the part that bolts to the shell by the door.
So took it off, cleaned all the mud out, filled the gap with tiger seal. Then pushed it back in and used pliers to squash the metal back down.
All back on properly again.
Might go down the workshop and clean out my intake manifold today, see if that makes a difference.

Just ordered a brand new black A-bar, 8" wipac spotlights and wiring kit, brand new black front bumper and stainless steel bolt kit for the 110 :D

I wanna wire the spots in so they come on with my full beam - does anyone have any info or tips on how I can do this? Want it as neat as possible :)
