does anyone have any info or tips on how I can do this? Want it as neat as possible
Hahaha - do a ****ing search! :p

Seriously, there's hundreds of threads on here about it, or general descriptions on the interweb. Basically, you want a relay which is switched on and off from your main beam feed. Then run a fused feed from the battery through the battery to the spots. I've just finished fitting mine and I'm really pleased with the results.

Gonna start making a list for the MOT tonight. Doesn't run out till the end of March but rather start now incase i come up with any major problems.
What i know needs doing is:
Only one full beam (wiring problem, not getting power to one light)
No front number plate - hopefully the nice MOT man will let me get away with the stick on one i have.
Handbrake not connected - Need to take the drum apart andf clean out all the crap
Speedo not working - Sensor needed for gearbox
Bit smokey - Usually fine when warm so hopefully that won't be a problem.

Fixed the flapping wing, broken indicator and non-existant rear pads so hopefully theres nothing major to sort out.

Chris

Cut the rear chassis off from just in front of the shock absorber mounts. Have to decide now whether to put all of the new half chassis on as the outriggers are quite new. The tub is still on, propped up with some 2 by 2s. When the old chassis came off it revealed extra holes on the rear tub. A p.o. hadn't managed to line up a replacement rear cross member brackets with the existing holes so had made new ones.

As far as I know the camping will be the same as other times I have been to the Kite Festivals there, last couple of years been run at the same time as the 4x4, but I beleve the kites will not be there this year....:( shame they a great sight, (I fly them as well - na not just diamonds, but big disply ones)

Pitch up theres chemical loos and a tap for water, skips for rubbish. as its an Airfeild quite flat as well.

The bar other times has had local brews some unusal ones as well.....

I've just fitted the bucket seats to the 90!

No more bouncing around on the plains! now just need to find two 4 point harnesses
